Former Greyhound at 100 London Road, Newbury — corner of Shaw Crescent and London Road. PubWiki 1960 & 1965 directories list 100 London Road. Closed Pubs: situated on London Road (no open/close year). West Berkshire HER MWB16004 (Shaw Crescent / Smith's Crescent): southernmost building of the old Shaw Crescent group was the Greyhound public house; houses 1–9 at the southern end demolished 1962 for the Robin Hood Roundabout, and the Greyhound demolished soon afterwards (user research: c.1966–67). Pin is near the original corner site — not the surviving Robin Hood / Toby Carvery farther east at 106 London Road.
